March 2025: Engineering Projects in the Spotlights

On 27–28 March 2025, the Hybrid Intelligence Consortium gathered at Lijm & Cultuur in Delft for two days of research presentations, project updates, and planning sessions.

Key Highlights:

  • Keynote presentation:
    Filip Ilievski presented his book Human-Centric AI with Common Sense, covering cognitive, symbolic, and neural theories for commonsense reasoning. His talk addressed the integration of neural and symbolic methods for open-domain tasks and outlined future challenges in developing adaptive and responsible AI systems.
