I am an assistant professor at the Human Media Interaction (HMI) of University of Twente and a Research Scientist at OCLC, Leiden. My current research focuses on using language technologies to facilitate interactive communication between human and knowledge, with a special interest in making Cultural Heritage more inclusive and interactive.
